Michikono 3 citrus ponzu sauce is rich in umami flavours and makes a wonderful dressing for zingy seafood salads. Ponzu sauce is a combination of soy sauce, dashi and Japanese citrus fruit. This bottle uses a trio of citrus flavours – yuzu juice, organic sudachi juice and organic yuko juice. Yuzu offers fragrant notes, sudachi provides sour tones and yuko gives sharp, aromatic flavours.
Use this citrus ponzu sauce to add a sharp sweetness to white fish, chargrilled asparagus or creamy avocado salads.
