The energy and the natural pureness of honey inspired the new Silikomart Miel range, conceived with chef Marike Van Beurden,with 3 different size moulds ideal as decorative tops or as a decoration of plated desserts and entremets.
Miel moulds recreate with accuracy the texture of the hexagonal cells which assemble the beehive, including all the natural imperfections created by the laborious work of the bees in producing the precious nectar.

Silikomart mould is characterized by extreme versatility since it is suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too and can resist to temperature ranges between -60C (-76F) and +230C (+446F). Elasticity and flexibility enable to flex the mould, in order to save space. All Silikomart moulds are washable in dishwasher and are guaranteed for frequent use.
