Use Yoki Pao de Queijo cheese bread mix to make the popular Brazilian snack. Po de Queijo is a Brazilian classic which literally translates as bread of cheese.
They are small, cheesy, choux-like buns with a chewy centre and a crispy shell. Instead of flour, these balls are made with sour starch. With this cheese bread mix, all you need to do is add eggs and water!
Ingredients: cassava starch, modified cassava starch, sour cassava starch, powdered palm fat (refined palm oil, glucose syrup solids, modified cassava starch, anti-caking agent: silicone dioxide), iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate, anti-caking agent: sodium ferrocyanide) and cheese flavouring.
